WILD WADI WATER PARK

Wild wadi is one of the biggest water park here in Dubai. They offer 30 rides and attractions for all the family. We were just lucky because we got our ticket at a discounted rate. We got the ticket for about 50 dirhams and usually the regular price is more than that. We arrived around 6 pm and there were already a lot of people falling in line. The gate opens around 7:00 pm for those guests with the discounted ticket. Usual operating hours is from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm from March to October. Come November to February it opens from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. The first ride we tried is the highest slide in the park. Its called Jumeirah Sceirah, wherein you have to get inside of a big inflatable life saver, that fits from 3 to 4 persons. Its like your being swayed left and right so you have to hold on very tight. Once you reached the end, the water is just very shallow. It was intense and at the same time exciting. I just yelled out at the top of my lungs to release my tension. The second ride we tried is the flood river flyer. Guests are propelled up a lengthy uphill run directly to the upper part of the park via powerful water jets. You have to ride this inflatable life preserver which fits for only 2 persons. It was actually fun but too tiring as well because you were just sitting for few minutes and its a long ride. Then we ended up the day swimming in the pool that looks like a beach. Because it has a wave. There are actually plenty of visitors during that time, so imagine how crowded the place is. To sum it all, it was a thrilled and fun experienced. I will definitely go back to try the other rides that I was not able to experience.
